Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that custom orders may require additional processing time.

  2. Shipping Method: We primarily use USPS for domestic shipping. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Exact shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process

  4. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If item had not been fulfilled, you can contact us within 24 hrs when order was placed.

  5. Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

  6. Shipping Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

  7. Local Event Pick Up: If you are local to San Diego, CA we can arrange a local pick up of your order at our next vendor event. Follow us on Instagram to see where we will be vending at next. DM us or email us at delulucatcrafts@gmail.com to let us know which event you will stop by to pick up your order. Make sure to bring order confirmation to show as proof and we will hand over your items after confirming your order. If you are unable to attend the event to pick up your item, we are able to mail it to you at an additional fee.
